On December 1, 2009, the FTC requires bloggers to provide disclosures whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations.
Also, to cover my ass and satisfy all the lawyers out there ( What do you call a car full of lawyers that drives off a cliff? A good start. ) you should assume that whenever I make a recommendation, have a link, or use a product that the following may be true.
